PAYMENT
Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit & credit cards, as well as through PayPal. Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna is also available. All payment methods are safe and easy to use.
ORDER TURNAROUND
Orders will normally be dispatched within 5 working days, unless items state made to order, or specific pre-order details & timings are given. I will always try to get things sent as soon as possible, as I know you will want your newly ordered goodies to arrive quickly. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Sale & Christmas.
All made to order items (such as textile artwork) will be dispatched within 10 working days, to give time to lovingly hand make each item.

Of course, if you need something sent more urgently or wish to upgrade your postage for any reason, just get in touch then let me know & I will always see what can be done!
DELIVERY COSTS & TIMING
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class or 48hr Tracked service.
European and worldwide orders are usually sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or Standard International services.
Costs are detailed below and will be added to your order at the time of purchase.
I would strongly recommend choosing a tracked & signed service where available. It offers increased security in ensuring safe & speedy delivery of you items.
Please note tullibee cannot take responsibility for any loss of delay when using standard postal services.
DUTIES & VAT
Please remember that if your order is being shipped outside of the UK, it may be subject to duties and/or VAT which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
All orders are shipped DDU (aka Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that you may be contacted directly by the customs office or the shipping company, to pay any additional import costs, such as VAT, duties or clearance fees.

£1.90 Royal Mail 2nd Class for scrunchies & some earrings
£4.00 Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for all other smaller items such as pouches, A4 textile artwork, individual calendar tiles, earrings & necklaces
£5.00 Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for larger size samples, most seconds & sale items
£6.50 Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed for all larger items such as cushions, blankets, artwork larger than A4 size & calendars
Or FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed for orders £60 & over
Delivery usually within 2-3 days from the day of dispatch
European Postage Costs
£3.00 Standard Shipping (non-tracked) for small jewellery items
£5.00 Standard Shipping (non-tracked) for most jewellery items & some homewares
£6.50 Standard Shipping (International Tracked & Signed) for small jewellery items
£8.00 Standard Shipping (International Tracked & Signed) for most jewellery items & some homewares
£10.00 Standard Shipping (International Tracked & Signed) for larger items such as cushions, blankets & calendars

Delivery usually within 5-7 days from the day of dispatch

£5.50 Non-European Standard Shipping (non-tracked) for small jewellery items
£14.00 Non-European Standard Shipping (non-tracked) for most jewellery items & some homewares
£9.00 Non-European Standard Shipping (International Tracked & Signed) for small jewellery items
£16.00 Non-European Standard Shipping (International Tracked & Signed) for most jewellery items & some homewares
£18.00 Non-European Standard Shipping (International Tracked & Signed) for larger items such as cushions, blankets & calendars
Or FREE for orders £160 & over
The length of this service varies dependent upon your location, but it will typically take 7-10 days from the day of dispatch
You may be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.
PLEASE NOTE: Cushion pads are bulky & expensive to ship outside the UK, so all international cushion orders are sent without pads. The cost saving has been taken into account within the shipping costs.
