What it means to deal with tullibee…
Well of course I hope you will place an order! When you do this, you are making an offer to buy goods.
I need your payment for the goods & delivery, in full, before I can accept your order. At this point assuming all ducks are in a row, I will send you an e-mail confirmation.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, there are any problems with payments or that I have made any mistakes (heaven forbid!), I will let you know as quickly as possible & of course there will be no contract between us, unless you want to try the process over again.
Once I have received payment, I promise to send your order out as quickly as possible. Occasionally the road, traffic, weather, or even acts of god can prevent the normal swift delivery and delays can occur. I will of course do all I can to help & put things right as soon as possible but I am sure you would forgive us if this did happen.
All images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only & all information provided is as accurate as possible. Since I are living & breathing the range I like to think I will get this detail right. Having said that many of our products are handmade or hand finished, so sometimes they can vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items & I feel this adds to their character & is not to be considered a defect. i absolutely promise all items will be equally lovely though!
Whilst the accessories pictured may look lovely these are generally not included with your purchase, unless stated in the product details. If you like something you see let me know & I will do my best to help you find one too.
If assembly is required on any goods I will ensure that this is clear before you buy & of course make this as easy & as quick as possible. We all have better things to do than read user guides right!!
Colour is my passion, so every effort has been made to show these as accurately as possible in the images you see on this website. However, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual products.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer, this is a quick, simple explanation of what I can do for you when buying our beautiful products.
Placing an order
The price of all our lovely products are clearly advertised on the website & all delivery charges are shown prior to parting with any of that hard-earned cash. All prices quoted on the website are in UK pounds.
Feel free to select the product you wish to buy and add it to your basket. Likewise, if you’re just not sure, items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
I use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit or credit cards, as well as payment via PayPal.
If you’re lucky enough to spot a promotional price, please remember these only apply during the period stated, so don’t dilly dally, get that order placed so you don’t miss out.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

Delivery Stuff
I know you want your newly ordered goodies as soon as possible, so orders will normally be dispatched within 5 working days but I will always try to get things sent much quicker. If you need something sent more urgently then let me know & I will always see what I can do!
I ship all UK and channel island orders via Royal Mail 48h Tracked & Signed service.
European and worldwide orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service. Please see the Orders, Shipping & Delivery page for more details.
Your order may arrive in more than one delivery, but if this is the case I will let you know.
Delivery will be to the address you specify on your order.
Please check your tullibee goods on delivery - any items found to be missing or damaged should be notified to tullibee via email in the first instance quoting your order number, I will then let you know what to do next.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let me know promptly.
I want you to receive your order without any mishaps, that’s the exciting bit… so please tell me about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.
Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility…. but I do hope you will recycle as much of the packaging as possible.
I hope you love your tullibee purchase, but just in case….
When you get your tullibee purchase, if you are not completely satisfied or need a different colour or size, you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please pack everything back into the original packaging & contact me by e-mail letting me know your order number as this will speed things up – I will then send you details of where to send the returned item.
As soon as I get the item back I will give it a quick once over to check everything is in the condition it was sent & either send out a replacement or credit you in full for the product - whatever was requested. As a small company, I am not able to refund the original shipping costs unless the item is defective, or you have received the wrong product. For exchanges you will be charged the cost of sending the new item.
I take sending our parcels very seriously, so that our products arrive with you in perfect condition. Occasionally, accidents do happen in transit though, so when you get your parcel, if the package is damaged or worse still the goods inside are damaged please let me know at hello@tullibee.co.uk, so that I can help.
If there is a fault with your item, please firstly accept my apologies. Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded following a quick evaluation by tullibee. It would be helpful to receive a photo of the fault in the first place to determine the best next steps.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term use are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, I will do my best, but please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from tullibee.
Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser. Alternatively, I can provide a credit to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show in the order records of the original purchaser.
I recommend you use Royal Mail for return packages and that you ask the lovely people at the post office for a PROOF OF POSTAGE receipt. Please retain this until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return. I cannot accept the cost of any lost items. (Please note that I do not refund postage on non-faulty items).

I will probably contact you at some stage with competitions, newsletters, special offers, and things I think you will appreciate, but if you decide to change your mind & decide you do not want to hear from me, just let me know & I will sort it.
